The skin on my finger tips is shedding (for lack of a better word), and i don't know why. It doesn't hurt, but it looks weird where the skin has fallen off it is pink skin. I have also seemed to have stained my hands with coolant at work, could this be it? If so why has it never happened before? If not that what could it be?
Why is the skin on my hands shedding?
This is often caused by using anti-bacterial hand soap over a period of time. It is not good to use anti_bacterial hand soap because it also kills the good bacteria that balances your skin and fights off germs. Children often get sicker when it is used and it causes all kinds of skin rashes and peeling or shedding of skin.
Try using a cortisone cream to clear up your peeling.
