i want to have a chocolate brown skin and i just can lie under the sunshine

it is bad whether we like or not..


the sun can damage our skin without protective clothing, sunscreen, and limitation..


it can lead to skin cancer, premature aging, and can cause "spots" on ur body known as melanoma, moles, or freckles..


but we all love the sun no matter what to get our perfect tan..


i do and the results have led to some skin damage, but we can be safe using fake tanning from Neutrogena or other brands..

I would say yes as long as you are careful. Remember to use protection and don't go out at midday when it's really really hot. My b/f has the same problem and we went on holiday to Turkey last summer and his went away really fast after he'd been in the sun for a few days. But he didn't over do it or anything.
