How do I change my skin?

I have y.messenger 9, and I am trying to change it's skin, but I can't figure it out how. I downloaded the skins, copied them in programfiles/yahoo/messenger/shared/grap... but I don't know how to change the skin. it worked easily on y.messenger 8, beaucase there, you could go in 'messenger' file, and select change skin'. but I don't have that anymore in my menu, so... please help. Thanks

yeah, changing the skin is so complicated for just about everything. Personally, i have given up on that sort of thing - I just change the colour. Sorry I couldn't help out more!
