exfoliate every other day.
My skin feels dull?
Good luck.. I am 25 and have had 'dull' skin all my life. Scrubbing is a good way to keep it clean. I scrub at least once a day. Invest in a good makeup.
Reply:Get some skin polisher, those are products w/ sugar or salt granules and you can use them all over your body when bathing to help slough of dead skin. Scars are considered to be dead skin cells. Be sure to moisturize all year round, this also helps scars fade.

There is a product out called Biotin oil that is recommended and is supposed to rid your skin of stretch marks and other scars. I use it myself.

As for the acne scarring you may want to try using scrubs to once again get rid of old skin cells, which can cause a look of dullness. (I haven't had any acne scarring but it all comes down to the dead skin layers.)

If the acne scarring is really bad, you may want to consult a dermatologist.
Reply:Exfoliate. There are lots of gentle products at the drugstore to use to manually exfoliate one a week. I'd also use a daily oil-free creme with a mild acid in it to keep it looking smoother and brighter.

Our skin cells naturally die every 4 weeks, the dead ones mostly just fall off as the new one rise to the surface. It's a good idea to gently exfoliate all the time to keep you skin looking fresh and healthy. Don't over due it!

Reply:Hi Salli,

Do u still have pimples on your face? If you do have don't scrub too often. Use it twice a week. Cos the scrub will cause the pimple to breakout and the dirty thing will spread other place on your face.

Can i know that is your face sensitive? I f not i can recommend you to use can use whitening cleanser, toner, and moisturiser. Best if you can use the brand of Artristry - Pure White.

Reply:You can use many products in your own kitchen that are natural and safe to use. Some of them include eggs, honey, oatmeal, extra virgin oil, lemons, etc. But here is a really good (and inexpensive) remedy you may want to try:

Take a whisked egg white and rub it over your face. You can leave it on for 15 minutes or sleep with it on. I recommend sleeping with it because the results are so much better! In the morning do your normal clease, tone, and moisturize! The egg white tightens your skin and leaves your skin soft and smooth. This isn't going to happen overnight (would be great if it did!) but you will definitely see results if you are consistent! If you have acne scars/blemishes use 100% cocoa butter or Vitamin E oil to "fade" away the scars.

***Also, remember to:

*Drink plenty of water!

*Keep your hands out of your face!

*Cut back on sugary, greasy, and fatty foods as well as sodas!

*Leave your pimples alone! Do not pop, poke, or pinch them...it's better to leave them alone and let them go away on their own than to wake up with an acne scar/blemish.

*Cleanse, tone, and moisturize your face at least 2 times a day.

*Stay stress-free!

***HOPE THIS HELPS!***
