Dry skin in armpits? Solution/Moisturiser/Exfoliato... HELP!!?

I'm going to Ladies Day on Friday (day before Grand National in Aintree) %26amp; have had really dry skin under my arms for months now. I've tried different deoderants %26amp; moisturising with Cocoa butter %26amp; Vasaline Intensive car twice a day but neither have worked.


Tonight I resorted to scrubbing like hell with a kitchen sponge-you know the yellow ones with the green brillo pad type thing on. Anyway now I'm just really scratched!


I'm putting my fake tan on tomorrow in preparation %26amp; I'm dreading the effect on this dry skin, I'll look like a tiger! Ha.


Anyway, any suggestions much appreciated xxx

Ur underarms are super sensitive, so u hav to be rele gentle and try not to use anything too abrasive on them. I Like to use Dove mousterizing body wash on my skin, makes my arms feel super soft. i would skip any deoderant if possible foir the next few days to avoid irritation. For lotion use dove sensitive essentials daily lotion or a face lotion for sensitive skin. Also avoid shaving or abrasive clothing cuz that will irritate ur skin like crazy. If ur afraid of ur self tanner coming out all streaky mousterize ur underarms rele well and mix lotion in with the selftanner so ur skin cant absorb as much of it.

Reply:Avoid using thekitchen sponge to scrub the armpit areas. Its the most sensitive and you will hurt the area if you do it.





Just a simple method which you can consider seriously but it definitely work. I personally use this many times.





* Use nikken CE cream to apply on the armpit area and massage it.


* Wet your hands a bit and then use Nikken medicated bath salt (must be very fine texture-powdery form) to scrub the armpit area.


* Then use the Schlick ladies razor to shave the armpit hairs.


* Shower it off and apply nikken CE cream again and you will see that the area has soften a lot.


* Do it regularly using the above steps, you will see the results.
