Sensitive skin?
The best thing to do is use E 45 or Diprobase. They are both made especially for your type of skin. Apply it twice a day once in the morning once in the afternoon. The best thing for spots is to just leave them, I know its annoying but they actually go away quicker, dont touch them or do anything no matter how tempting. If the Diprobase or E45 doesnt work try the other one. Remember it might hurt because you have such sensitive skin. If it still hurts you should see your GP and take all the products you have used to him/her and then they can work out why. It could just be because your skin is so sensitive or you could be allergic to a product which is in them. Good Luck with all! Hope its helped
Sensitive skin?
get cetaphil its this lotion for sensitive skin and they also have a face wash
Reply:try and not wash it as mush u might just have a rash or something off your shampoo tht u use
Reply:Spots? Well no matter what, I recommend using Neutrogena products. They are cheap, sold at any pharmacy, and are made for sensitive skin. I have sensitive skin and Neutrogena works for me any time! I recommend buying the Neutrogena face scrub with invigorating microbeads, it exfoliates skin gentley while getting rid of dirt and oil that cause pimples and spots and stuff. You can also get the Neutrogena on-the-spot cream for individual spots, which really works for me! Good luck!
Reply:Always cleanse, tone and moistarise simple is wat i use its perfume free perfect for sensetive skin, try wearing your hair all pulled of your face to see if it is your hair that is irritating your skin maybe its rash ? I wuld try simple tho you can get it from boots or superdrug
