Good skin lotions and products, what are the good and bad ingredients ?

I know my daughter when she was a teen took a class that taught her to read the ingredients in skin products such as lotion and skin care and regarless of the price, what to see as good and as not good. Does anyone know ?

Overall it's not good if a lot of the ingredients were produced in a laboratory and mineral oil isn't very good.

Some things that are good to look for are:

Blue Copper, Magnesium, Extracts, Ascorbyl Palmatate - and other vitamins, oils from different flowers, Oat, proteins and many others.
Reply:Mineral oil isn't harmful but it doesn't allow your skin to function properly and only creates a facade of softness. Look for botanically-based products that use pure essential oils and contain no mineral oil, animal products or by-products. For more information visit www.celestebenoist.myarbonne.com. Arbonne's products produce results and are the best I've ever used. That's why I started working out of my home to share the good news with other women who were tired of searching for something that would really work.
