i have heard that its the bloody"hormones"which is the culprit for unclear skin.so controlling the hormones clears the complexion.so how to do it?i have whiteheads and it issoooooo irritating.iam just 26 but my skin is bad.just looking at my skin in the mirror is enough to curb my enthusiasm in life.is there any hope for people like me?

YES THERE IS! there is hope for people like us. i have seen some medications in rite aid etc. that cure acne "from the inside out". Also try Clearasil Ultra acne clearing scrub. it works really well. drinking lots and lots of water will also help clear it up. proactiv might work for you, because it works really well for some but not others. if nothing else works, see a dermatologist.
