I'm wondering because I woke up all red and burning up... As soon as I turned my ceiling fan on...it all cleared up. What do you do for your skin condition?
To those with skin conditions...does heat aggravate your skin? Does it make your skin red all over your body?
Too much heat will damage your skin. It causes break outs. Usually I just pray for winter my skin, and in the mean time drink water to cool my insides
