im 27 5'7 and 227 pounds, i work out 4 times a week and i am on a diet, i was wondering if anyone can give me some exercise tips on how to tighten up my skin because i dont want to have saggy skin. does anyone know how to prevent this or things i can do, what types of exercises work for this. thankz
