theres this weird rough skin on my forehead, look a bit like "sahara" which i notice on other people's forehead too.its kind of like some weird linings...at other areas of my forehead, i experience itchiness one day and my skin become rough and bumpy.what would cure them?

A different facial cleanser, first off.
Then, try a bead wash or scrub.
And a moisturizer.

You're probably using a cleanser that's too harsh for your skin. It may be best to switch to a gentler cleanser.
For me, baby lotion seems to work best on dryness.
