Dark skin under nails?

I have really dark skin where my fingernails start.. and the skin keps peeling away and hurts at times..? how do i tackle this

get something like Avon's silicon glove. It works wonders.





But the dark color under the nails is from lack of proper vitamins. Check that out with a doctor, or start taking calcium and a multi vitamin everyday.
