Why do i get oily skin only at school?

i always get oily skin at school and my skin gets all shiny. it only happens at school. when im somewhere else like on weekends my skin is normal. why do i only get oily skin at school and what are some ways to prevent it?

Usually when people are at school they always use their hands to prop up their heads, do you? Think about everything that your hands touch all day long...and then, you touch your face with them as you're listening to some teacher drone about history. All of that oil and gunk goes straight to your face, whereas on the weekends, you're out and about and not thinking so much about holding up your head during class.

Reply:i guess this is bcoz at school u r in a totally different environment where u need to concentrate in the class, play %26amp; of course those frequent visits to ur locker or just move around. on weekends its a different story as u r normally outdoors %26amp; relaxed.





as for the remedy make sure u dont have too much of fatty %26amp; oily stuff for breakfast or lunch. drink plenty of water %26amp; yes do workout for atleast 15 min ( yoga ).

ps: do take a wash with just water (no soap )during the recess
Reply:I'm not sure, but I have the exact same problem. Do you wear different makeup at school than you do on the weekends or whatever? It could be that, or a difference in your morning face-washing routine, or something of that nature.
