MY skin is so sensitive, it easily leaves a scar?

i find it hard to take care of my skin coz even with a simple rashes, my skin leaves a mark or a scar. I can't be careful all the time. Even just with a mosquito bite, it leaves a mark after that and it takes forever to heal. Any advice please. What should i do like home tips

Vitamins do help in some cases. So you could look online for vitamins for skin. And look at your diet and do quick research to see if there's something unusual about your diet that might be effecting your skin. So, What do you eat? There's lot of info on web. Hard part is finding good ones.





I would be careful with creams and other stuff to put on your skin if it already is so sensitive.
